Vancouver, May 30, 2011 – In response to the devastating impact of the northern Alberta wildfires on residents of the Slave Lake region, AXA Pacific has implemented its Catastrophe Action Plan, and a Triage Command Centre is available in Edmonton to respond to insurance coverage questions and to report claims.
A dedicated and highly qualified team at the Triage Command Centre is in process of contacting each of AXA’s policyholders as soon as possible to discuss their individual situations.
AXA Pacific has partnered with industry leading service and claims adjusters to ensure the situation is handled with the urgency it warrants. These companies have assigned dedicated catastrophe personnel to expedite the servicing of claims and to provide remediation and restoration.
AXA’s Triage Command Centre is ready to answer any questions their clients may have. Every effort will be made to continue with customary service for all regular claims activities and communications.
