Condominium Unit Owner Package
We offer a variety of valuable coverage options to meet your condominium insurance needs:
- Comprehensive: Covers your personal property for All Risks
- Broad: Covers your personal property for Specified Perils
Both policies cover personal property, additional living expenses and personal liability.
If you own a condominium that you rent to a tenant, we offer a competitively-priced Rented Condominium policy, which covers your personal property (such as appliances), up to $15,000.
The following Additional Coverages are automatically covered in all our Condominium policies:
- Unit improvements and betterments
- Loss assessment for property and liability
- Condominium owner’s contingent liability
- Condominium corporation deductible assessment coverage

Auto and Home Combined Insurance
If you insure both your Automobile and Home policies with AXA, you will receive an additional 15% savings on your automobile and 10% on your property premiums.
Both policies must:
- Be in the same Name and have the same mailing address
- Have the same effective/expiry dates
- Be on the same Payment Plan
- Be placed through the same Broker

Property Discounts Available
- Combined Age & Mortgage Free – Discounts ranging between 2 – 20% are available if you are aged 40 or more. For Homeowners without a mortgage, the discount is increased to as high as 40%.
- Age of Dwelling – Homes built within the past 30 years and insured under a Homeowners policy can qualify for discounts of up to 43%.
- Burglary / Fire Alarm – An 8% discount can be applied for dwellings monitored by a Central Station alarm company. A 5% discount is also available for Condominiums and Tenant policies where the building/complex maintains a 24 hour/day entrance security guard.
- PAC – Property and Automobile Combined Discount – When we insure both your principal residence and your personal automobile and where specific criteria are met, you qualify for a 10% discount on your property policy.
- Multi-Policy – If your Automobile policy is insured with AXA and it is not insured through our PAC program, an 8% discount can still be added to the Property policy.
- Increased Deductible Credit – If you increase your deductible, you receive an additional discount off your premiums.

Identity theft is the illegal collection and use of personal information for the purpose of committing fraud or a criminal act. Recovering your identity can be a very expensive experience. AXA provides coverage to assist you if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation.
The AXA Identity Theft Expense Endorsement reimburses expenses of up to $15,000 per occurrence, to a maximum of $30,000 per household, per policy period.
