As a company director or officer, you can be held personally responsible for acts or omissions committed in the discharge of your duties or for losing or mismanaging corporate assets.

Consider all the lawsuits, unjustified dismissals and financial problems that stem from mergers and acquisitions, transfers, sales and corporate reorganizations.

In order to help you better understand your responsibilities and the risks to which you are exposed as a company director or officer, we encourage you to read the guide “Identifying and Managing the Risks of Corporate Directorship”.

With so much to lose, our directors and officers liability is a policy you can’t do without.

It's important, therefore, to make sure you have the protection you need.
